MediaWiki Users and Developers Conference Spring 2026

The MediaWiki Users and Developers Conference Spring 2026 took place from 25 to 27 March at the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. The three-day conference featured discussions about using MediaWiki software in companies, non-profit organisations, government bodies and communities. It brought together administrators, businesspeople, academics, developers, community members and MediaWiki users.

On the first day of the conference, ECHOLOT partners Jeroen De Dauw (Professional Wiki) and Bernhard Krabina (KM-A Knowledge Management) gave a presentation entitled ‘Introducing NeoWiki: Modern structured data for MediaWiki ‘. During their talk, they introduced NeoWiki, an open-source structured data system baked by the ECHOLOT project.
